One honest note on the numbers: this is not the cheapest ExpressVPN has been this year. The back-to-campus sale that ended on September 9 took Basic down to $2.27/month on the 28-month term. The refund question is what decides who this is for. If ExpressVPN is already on your shortlist and you know the service suits you, the deal is straightforward value. If you are still choosing between providers, verify the guarantee terms before you commit — a cheap subscription you regret for 28 months is not a bargain.
